The location is particularly good, at walking distance from Vrelo Bosne Park. the rooms are exceptionally clean with particularly nice views of the city. - We would happily go back again, the venue met what we needed.

We have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions, and we can always count on having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location of this place is quiet and residential, which is perfect for a peaceful getaway. In addition, we appreciate their excellent room service and the various helpful services they provide, such as car hire and dry cleaning.

We had a fantastic city break experience with great complimentary services such as excellent room service and helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring local sights and attractions, with easy access to transport links. The apartment was well equipped with all the facilities we needed, adding more enjoyment to our stay.

The sauna and steam room were out of order during our stay which was a shame as we were looking forward to using them after an active day skiing. housekeeping was poor, and despite informing the reception several times, no improvements were seen, which negatively impacted our stay.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered an apartment. It was huge with central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV. - the location was favorable, a short walk to the Old Town, airport, and the center, and had great views. - the experience was really good, will come back.

It is also close to public transport, which is convenient for those who prefer to explore surroundings by bus. the hotel offers a great view of the city and a nicely equipped fitness center. the rooms are quite spacious and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and well-equipped bathrooms. the breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of foods to choose from every morning.

The hotel's walls are quite thin, and you can hear noise from the hallways and neighboring rooms.

The breakfast at Arjaan was absolutely amazing. The variety of food was top-notch and the staff were incredibly welcoming. We also had a great experience with the reception staff, especially Adeela, who had an excellent sense of humor and provided us with all the help and support we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful view. Plus, the hotel had the best toilets in town with shattafs, and the bath tubs were large and clean. The housekeeping staff were also very polite.

We were disappointed to find out that the sauna and steam room were not functioning during our stay. It would have been great if we had been informed in advance so we could manage our expectations.
